Given that we are all biochemically different, it makes sense that we also all have different needs when it comes to food intake. But how come most of us have no idea what foods are best for us?

Entrepreneur and host of the Learn True Health podcast Ashley James comes on the podcast to talk about holistic health, as well as the benefit and science behind the approach. She also teaches us how we can identify our own food needs.

At age 14, JimDre Westbrook made a promise to himself that he would wait until marriage to have sex. Fast forward, he's now 32, still a virgin, and strong in his commitment.

JimDre says that his faith in God has carried him thus far and has faith that his purpose is bigger than even he can see at the moment. At age 30, he launched a blog at WorthTheWaitGuy.com to share his story, and has since turned it into a coaching business, best-selling books, and an appearance on The Steve Harvey Show. In addition to that, he's got a clothing brand called Live At Your Own Pace.

With his business, books and blog, JimDre's message is to be who you are, confidently. When you live from a place of integrity within yourself, success and love follows.

No matter the question, the answer is love. We have gotten away from that this political season. We have allowed our differences in opinion to divide us. It's torn apart friendships, families, and of course, our country. But that doesn't have to be the case, and it starts with us.

Other than our family, I believe there are a handful of people who walk into our lives and leave permanent footprints. Daniel Negreanu is one of those people to me. He has been a mentor and was actually the first to introduce me to the world of emotional intelligence and personal development.

For those who are unfamiliar with the poker world, Negreanu is considered of the most influential poker ambassadors in history and is number one on the all-time money list with nearly $33 million in tournament winnings. Amongst his poker achievements are six World Series of Poker bracelets, two World Poker Tour titles, Global Poker Index Player of the Decade, and a member of the Poker Hall of Fame.

Off the table, he's dedicated his life to make a difference. Every year he hosts the St. Jude Against All Odds Celebrity Poker Tournament and last year alone, he raised almost half a million dollars for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

This year's event is Saturday, November 5th. If you'd like to purchase a dinner ticket or play in the tournament, you can do so at the St. Jude website. Poker players will be playing for the chance to win a seat to the 2017 WSOP Main Event. Second place winner will win a five-day getaway to "Getaway to Fiji": Namale Resort & Spa.

Do you tell people what they want to hear because you're afraid to hurt their feelings or start a conflict? Do you stay quiet even though you have a different opinion? If you said yes to any of these questions, you have displayed people-pleasing behavior. And it's not good for you. Here's why and here's how to stop!

When we think about relationship coaching, usually, we automatically assume it's only for intimate relationships. Entrepreneur, author and relationship guru Christal Fuentes is out to change all that.  She founded of The Ladies Coach, a website designed to support women to live their biggest lives through the deepening of their relationships with EVERYONE, including the one they have with themselves.

She has also recently published a book called, How to be H.O.T. - Your guide to becoming Happy Open and Trusting  in Your Relationships.

Now to the gentlemen listening out there, don’t tune out. Not only is all of the information in the interview really applicable to both sexes, there are a few things she touches on that may give you all an insight into the opposite sex.

We begin by talking about her path from hospitality into relationship coaching, talk about common blocks people have when it comes to finding a significant other, why a healthy relationship with ourselves is key, what we can learn about our relationship with our parents, and how to begin cultivating self love.

Christal has so graciously offered to send three of you guys a copy of her book — if you tweet at both us @theladiescoach @kristyarnett  or     snapchat us @christalfuentes @kristy.arnett       or leave a comment on the article at kristyarnett.com   with your biggest AHA moment for the podcast, you enter yourself to win!
